Hyper Rope vs traditional battle rope. Hyper Ropes are great for conditioning so once you get the hang of how the Hyper Rope kinda floats in front of you and you keep it there you can absolutely get some awesome intense training in but it is a different experience than you would expect with traditional battle rope training. Try a minute of battle rope waves with the Hyper Rope and tell us you don't feel the burn. With the Hyper Rope it's less about creating power and more about conditioning and control.
